Good value for new glasses

I was looking for some affordable blue light blocking glasses and found TIJN. I used a first-order discount code, which made the price even better. The 'Phoebe' frames I picked were exactly what I needed for work. Felt like a good deal overall and the glasses seemed well-made for the cost.

Glasses came quick, look nice

So I grabbed some sunglasses, the 'Ava' aviator style, from TIJN. They got here pretty fast, like a week and a half which was cool. They look good on too, didn't expect much but was happy with them. The sun was getting in my eyes while driving, so these definitely helped with that. No complaints here.

Decent frames, some shipping delay

I ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses, the 'Leo' round frames, with progressive lenses. The ordering process was straightforward; uploading my prescription was simple enough. It took about 3 weeks for them to arrive, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but I expected some wait for prescription lenses. The quality of the frames and lenses was good for the price point. They fit comfortably and the anti-reflective coating works well. I had a small question about tracking, and customer support responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid option if you're not in a rush.

Consistent quality, keep coming back

I've bought from TIJN a few times now, mainly for blue light glasses and some fashion frames. This last order was for a pair of 'Hazel' clear frame glasses. They arrived on time, just like my previous orders. The quality is always consistent; they hold up well, and the blue light filtering does make a difference. I keep returning because I know what to expect and the prices are always fair for what you get.

I'm a college student, do they offer any kind of student discount? Every little bit helps!

N Nina H. 3 months ago
I think I saw something about a student discount on their FAQ page. Might be worth checking there.

Yeah, they do! Look for it under their deals or coupons section, you usually have to verify with one of those student ID services.

Hey, how do TIJN glasses compare to Warby Parker in terms of quality and style? I'm torn between the two.

T Todd 2 months ago
WP is probably a bit higher end in materials, but TIJN is way more affordable. Styles are pretty comparable though, TIJN has a huge selection.

TIJN is definitely cheaper. If you want more variety for less money, go TIJN. WP feels a bit more premium, but you pay for it.

Is TIJN legit? I've seen some ads but I'm always a bit skeptical about ordering prescription glasses online from new places.

J Jared Lindqvist 2 months ago
Totally legit. Got a pair of sunnies from them last year, no issues. Quality is decent for the price.

Yeah, they're real. Been around for a bit. Not like some fly-by-night site.

Does anyone know if they usually have a BOGO deal going on? I'm eyeing two pairs and hoping to snag a discount.

S Sarah 2 months ago
They pretty much always have a BOGO, especially around holidays. Check the main banner on their site, it's usually advertised there.

Sometimes you need a code for it, but yeah, BOGO is super common with them. Just got one myself.

Hey guys, thinking about grabbing some new glasses from TIJN. Does anyone know how long shipping usually takes to like, California? Trying to figure out if they'll get here before my trip.

L Lisa 2 months ago
Mine took about 2 weeks to get to LA, I think it depends on if you get prescription lenses or not.

Yeah, I'm in NorCal and my blue light blockers came in like 10 days. Pretty quick for free shipping.
